Booking Information

Bookings are for a minimum of 3 nights and for a maximum of 2 guests and are subject to our terms and conditions. Check in is after 3pm and check out before 10am on your day of departure. You'll be sent a code for the keysafe just before the start of your trip so you can let yourself in on arrival.

Payments

A 25% non refundable deposit is due at the time of booking with the balance due 30 days before the start of your trip.  If your holiday starts within 30 days, full payment is due at time of booking.  If the balance payment is not received by 30 days before your trip, the booking will automatically be cancelled and your deposit lost.

We accept payment by bank transfer or through the online booking system.  Please contact us if you require more information.

Pets

We accept well behaved dogs but please be aware that the Wash House is very small and may not be suitable for larger dogs.  Please keep dogs off the furniture, clean up after them in the garden and don't leave them unattended in the Wash House.  Be aware that although fenced, the garden is not dog proofed.  Please contact us if you have more than 2 dogs.
